coming in. fire crews are on the scene of an electrical fire. this is at the metro station. it is supposed to be associated with the escalators. this morning, those escalators were not working and they were shut off. the station is open, but customers are told to use the other entrance. >> we have breaking news for police are still on the scene of a barricade situation. it is going on right now at the 7000 what of for washington. a 48-year-old man barricaded himself inside an empty bus and he is accused of forcing a woman to try to an atm worry tried to rob her. something went wrong and he fled to a bus that was parked nearby. the woman was not hurt and roads in the area are closed. we are continuing to follow breaking news from new mexico tonight. three people are dead and four others are injured after a

gunman opened fire inside an albuquerque office building. the shooting appears to involve a 37-year-old man that was looking for his girlfriend. the gunman is identified as a former employee. the police chief says there was one previous domestic violence call involving the gunman. >> they gathered to watch the world cup and celebrate, and it turned deadly. 74 people are dead, including one american. and maryland teenager was hurt in the blast. we are live with developments. >> a 16-year-old was among the more seriously injured. she was part of a church group watching the world cup when the blast erupted. victims of the terror attack are struggling to understand how a night of triumph ended in tragedy.
